He Shen is a very emotional person. He cares and loves his wife, brothers, and heirs very much.People may wonder, how can a corrupt official be so affectionate?Yes, although this may seem contradictory, man is such a complex animal, and being greedy and cruel to others does not mean that he will treat his own family members in the same way. Heshen has a high position and weight, and he also hopes that the He family will have more heirs to inherit the huge family property, so as to ensure the prosperity of the He family and the long-lasting incense. But things turned out to be contrary to expectations. He Shen only had Fengshen Yinde, the eldest son of his wife Feng, and a youngest son who was born in the early years of Jiaqing but died shortly thereafter. There is no record of the daughter, only one eldest daughter is known to be married to Emperor Kangxi's great-grandson Baylor as Fujin, and there are no records or rumors about the others.

Heshen's eldest son, Fengshen Yinde, was born in the 40th year of Qianlong (1775). Because he was born in the same year as Qianlong's ten princesses, Gulun and Princess Xiao, and was born in the same year as Qianlong's ten princesses, Gulun and Princess Xiao, he was favored by Emperor Qianlong because of his beautiful features, intelligence and well-behaved.In the forty-fifth year of Qianlong, he was given the name Fengshen Yinde, and referred to as the forehead of the ten princesses. In the fifty-fourth year of Qianlong's reign, he married Gu Lun and Princess Xiao, and was ordered to walk in front of the imperial court. The next year, he was awarded the title of Minister of Sanzhi. In February of the fifty-sixth year of Qianlong, he managed the affairs of the imperial tea dining room and the manufacturing office, and in April of the same year, he also served as the Secretary of the Armed Forces Academy. In the fifty-eighth year of Qianlong, he was transferred to Fengchen Yuanqing, and the next year he was promoted to the commander of the Zhenghuang Banner Guard Army.In the 60th year of Qianlong's reign, he also served as Minister of Internal Affairs. In the first year of Jiaqing (1796), he also served as the Prime Minister's Minister of Business Affairs. In February of the following year, he also served as envoy of Luan Yi, and in August he served as the commander of the Zhengbai Banner Han Army, and also served as the commander of the guard army, supervising the taxation of Chongwenmen.Fengshen Yinde was promoted all the way under the care of Qianlong and Heshen, which can be described as smooth sailing.

Heshen cared and cultivated Fengshen Yinde very wholeheartedly. This was not only because Fengshen Yinde was his only son, but also because Fengshen Yinde was the son-in-law personally selected by Emperor Qianlong. The bond that brings God closer. Therefore, He Shen has been very concerned about the education of Fengshen Yinde since he was a child.A group of well-educated people were hired to give a good education to his son. The ministers Wu Shenglan and Li Huang, the ministers of Taipusi Li Guangyun and Dou Guangnai had all served as tutors for Fengshen and Yinde. Because Fengshen Yinde didn't have to worry about making a living like his father did when he was a child, and he received a systematic and good education, so his cultural literacy is still relatively high. "Yanxitang Poetry Notes" Fu Guogong Siyuan Yurui's preface once said Fengshen Yinde: Disposition is respectful, modest, generous, open-minded, friendly and sincere, his poems are round and jade-like, lofty and clear, never a trace of dandyism Air, and the wording solemn and careful, gentle and peaceful.Zhang Congfu Xuzhou also praised Fengshen Yinde in the preface of "Wan Tianjue Daoist": he is prudent and mature, unsmiling, and his knowledge is full of books, and he is broad and coherent. Its prose, poems and characters are elegant, round and elegant, and scholars value it.It can be seen that Fengshen Yinde is still very talented in moral cultivation, poetry and etiquette.

After Fengshen Yinde became an adult, He Shen personally planned his future development. In the first year of Jiaqing, he recommended Fengshen Yinde to inspect the military in the Huguang area, and let him be the minister in charge of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a strong transactional nature and participate in the management of court affairs. , By exchanging different positions to exercise his talents, he intends to let his son go out of the palace to broaden his knowledge, experience his talents, and lay a solid foundation for future development. It can be said that Heshen wanted to cultivate Fengshen Yinde as his successor, but unfortunately Heshen soon fell down, Fengshen Yinde was also implicated and stayed away from the center of the political stage.

Fengshen Yinde also has deep feelings for his father, but it is worth mentioning that Fengshen Yinde's temperament is very different from that of his father. He Shen has spared no effort to pursue power and wealth all his life, but Fengshen Yinde takes this very lightly. In the second year of Jiaqing (1797), he wrote in the poem "Ji Shi": "It's a shame that fame and fortune are not enough to rely on wealth and honor."Once it's hard to hide its flaws, it's slandered by everyone. The front car has been overturned, and the rear car is on the same track. Those who have mastered it can see a few, and they can distinguish whether it is good or not.In the "Reading Han Xinzhuan" written in the autumn of the same year, there is more: it is absurd to fake the king's invitation, and eventually lead to cloud sleepwalking.Greedy merits are not seen much, Ji Qitang Wuchou? The rabbit dies, the dog dies, and the bird dies.It is a thousand years down, Gao Feng Muliuhou. It can be seen that he also has a profound vision of the dangers of chasing fame and fortune and greed for wealth.

In the third year of Jiaqing (1798), after his mother Feng's death, Fengshen Yinde wrote "Zi Shi Yin" to express his longing, which inevitably mentioned his aversion to the rich and noble life and his infinite pastoral life. Longing: Life is precious and suitable for children, what more do you want outside?I am quite envious of Lu Dongmei, and think about Ma Shaoyou. It is appropriate to set up Qiuhe, fortune is not like princes, servants in the world, really worthy of horses and cows. At the time when Fengshen Yinde was rising steadily in the court, unexpectedly, the situation changed suddenly in the fourth year of Jiaqing (1799).Because of his father's involvement, the duke attacked by Fengshen Yinde was demoted to an earl, and ordered to live at home and not to go out to cause trouble. Not long after, Zhengzhu Chaozhu was copied from He's family, and he was deposed as an earl, awarded the title of minister of Sanzhi, and inherited the post of third-class captain of light vehicles. In March of the seventh year of Jiaqing (1802), because the White Lotus Rebellion in the three provinces of Sichuan, Chu, and Shaanxi was basically put down, Fengshen Yinde was rewarded with the rank of civil servant and walked on the rank of Sanzhi Minister.

People are unlucky, even drinking cold water will stuff their teeth. Since the death of his father, Fengshen Yinde has been careful in every way, lest someone will catch him.In the eighth year of Jiaqing (1803), Shi Kuifu, the reformed chief, accused Fengshen Yinde of practicing martial arts for conspiracy and intending to poison the princess; He was interrogated by the Minister of the King of Liujing, and it was only true that the concubine gave birth to a daughter in the national service. Fengshen Yinde was immediately sentenced to confinement at home, and he was punished to contemplate his mistakes behind closed doors.

In fact, since Fengshen Yinde experienced family changes, his fame and fortune have been exhausted and he has become even more depressed. He wrote in the poem "Xiaoyao Yin": Don't love this body, and don't hate this body. This body is nothing but the root of troubles. This body is so tiresome, it gathers empty dust.No love and no boredom, he is a carefree person. After He Shen's death, there were very few cars and horses in front of Fengshen Yinde's gate. Coupled with many illnesses, Fengshen Yinde began to indulge in the pursuit of Taoist longevity.Zhao Lian's "Xiaoting Miscellaneous Records" records that Fengshen Yinde was a middle-aged advocator of Taoism and talked about health preservation with alchemists.

In the first month of the 11th year of Jiaqing (1806), Fengshen Yinde was awarded the first-class bodyguard, the errand of walking on the gate.In April, he was promoted to the deputy governor of Mongolia in Zhengbai Banner, and was rewarded with Dai Hualing. In February of the following year, he was transferred to the deputy capital of Manchuria in Xianglan Banner, and was awarded the title of earl in December. He died in April of the fifteenth year (1810). Emperor Jiaqing specially sent Yinghe and ten guards to pay homage to him. He also gave the Dharani scriptures and quilts, with 5,000 taels of silver as materials for the funeral.Because of childlessness, Fengshen Yinde's Qingche Duwei was transferred to Helin's son Fengshen Yinmian.

Heshen's second son was born in the 60th year of Qianlong (1795). He was naturally overjoyed to have a son when he was old. Besides, this child was born with a strange personality. Pointing at the calligraphy and painting, that is, turning crying into laughter. Therefore, He Shen loves him very much, and pins his hope of a scholarly family on him.Unexpectedly, the son died when he was less than two years old, which brought a great blow to the He family. Therefore, he also wrote a lot of poems to express his sadness.which reads: He Han's tears poured down his eyes, and it's hard to let go of parting.

Both stars have the love of husband and wife, and should understand the relationship between father and son in the world. In the subsequent "Ten Quatrains in Remembrance of the Dead Children", there are also: It's common to cherish children when you are old, half a hundred boys dote on you; Today, he threw me away mercilessly, and scratched his head several times to ask the sky. I know love articles from a baby, and I look forward to Erji's scholarly fragrance with infatuation. I can't bear to look at the wall of the title when I return home, so all the short and long ones are hidden. The parents of the prophets of learning language call, every time I eat and drink, I am entertained. Coming and going back in autumn is very boring, and the wounds are painful to the touch. Even Fengshen Yinde was very sad when he heard the news of his younger brother's death. In the first year of Jiaqing, he also wrote "Six Poems of Elegy for the Younger Brother's Bad Letters" in memory of his younger brother: I remember that when I saw you before leaving, I used to laugh and play with fruit bait. When the date is January 3rd, Qianqiu will be separated forever. Do you remember that Zeng Yun's age was too different when he was talking and laughing? And look forward to attacking Shuhou in the future, saying that I can be your teacher. You and I were born together in Jinxiu Cong, and it is difficult to repay the kindness of the king and relatives. It seems that if you are rich and honored, you will die young, but if you die poor, you will die. The brothers who have been together for two years are farewell today, and the world is going to the spring and the road is dark. Tears fill the sea and thousands of years of water, and hate and hate the mountains and mountains. It can be seen from this that the birth of He Shen's second son brought joy to the He family, as well as the disappointment and pain brought to the He family after the premature death. This should be one of the worst blows Heshen suffered in his later years, and it also showed his love for his children.
