Chapter 3 Ascetic Monk Poems for Ascetic Traveler Ma Zhongxin◎Luo Qing
one
Give your body to a horse in the void
Stripes of cloth floating around
For the flesh is the dew that perishes
Requires a belt-like cloth bag for storage
Give your footsteps to a man in the mountains and rivers
ups and downs of the road
Because fate is an unpredictable terrain
Need a belt-like route to wear around

I am coming
The boulder blocking the way backs away
The vegetation in the boulder recedes and goes away
The people among the grass and trees step back and go away
The mountains next to the house recede and go away
Clouds and birds on the mountains recede away
The cities and states under the clouds and birds go backwards
Characters, culture, dynasties and history in the city-state
And they all go backwards and far away
because i'm here
I walked to the world that has not yet begun
