In Zhuangzi's "Autumn Waters", there is a story that says: Huizi met Liang, and Zhuangzi went to see him.Or it is said that Huizi said: Zhuangzi came to replace his son.So Keiko was afraid, and searched the country for three days and three nights.Zhuangzi went to see it and said: "There is a bird in the south, and its name is the owl. Do you know it?"The pheasants originate in the South China Sea and fly over the North Sea. They do not stop unless they are phoenix trees.So the owl got a rotten mouse, and the owl passed over and looked up at it and said: Scary!Now the son wants to scare me with his son's beam?

This metaphor is used to illustrate that all walks of life in society, regardless of whether there are personnel systems or regulations, have a certain degree of difficulty in accepting new personnel trends. This has been the case since ancient times. In this way, newcomers are eliminated, which makes people discouraged. Zhuangzi said: Minnows travel leisurely, which is the joy of fish.Huizi said: You are not a fish, how do you know the joy of fish?Zhuangzi said: You are not me, how can you know that I don't know the joy of fish?Huizi said: I am not a son, I do not know the son, the son is definitely not a fish, the son does not know the fish, and the joy is complete.Zhuangzi said: Please follow the book. The master said that if you know Yu Leyun, you know what I know and ask me. This also shows that if A regards B as a lucky winner, B does not necessarily take pleasure in it; and if A regards B as a loser, B does not just take it as unhappy, so why not be lenient?And for a real person with the Tao, sincerity doesn't need to have something extra to enjoy it, so how can it be mediocre?

The world talks about human cultivation and tolerance. It does not require a lot of experience and effort to acquire it. It must be able to see through the world's honor and disgrace and gains and losses. Knowing that you have denied yourself, those who follow the trend will have endless troubles. Being talented but not relying on them; relying on talents without being depressed and cynical because they cannot be stretched, and being peaceful and indifferent to go far is the first class of cultivation in life.Related to this, the so-called "tolerance is great" is an ethereal realm that is difficult to achieve. If you seek it from everyone, it will be even more complicated and difficult to achieve one, but you don't have to brush it away. It is cultivated with courtesy.Being strong without desire is certainly a virtue of human beings, but if desirelessness can be combined with resilience, it will be even more powerful. Although this is not easy to achieve, if everyone can yearn for it, society will be more peaceful everywhere.
