Another way to simplify your eating habits is to have a fruit or juice meal once a week. I've been doing this for several years when I was single.I picked Saturday as the fruit meal day because I have more free time on that day.I often have fruit or juice meals at home because of the convenience of a juicer or blender. Since getting married, I changed my fruit meal to Monday.I made this arrangement not only because of the relationship between my husband and children, but also because we can get used to having a proper balanced diet on Monday after having a big meal on the weekend.Choosing one day a week and eating only fruit and nothing else can really control our weight.

Now, we have successfully simplified our eating habits, however, we still have a regular practice of eating fruit throughout the day.One of our favorite ways to serve it is with apples, bananas, some oranges and a bunch of fresh strawberries or blueberries, or fresh pears for juice.Of course, you can choose your favorite fruit and make it into juice, which will have the same effect.We put all the fruits in the juice machine and blend them, and the resulting juice is like a nutritious thick milkshake.Although, doing this will be a bit complicated, and even a little guilty, but it is a very worthwhile thing to do.
