Chapter 29 Two, Lixia

Journey of Wisdom 朱邦復 19997Words 2023-02-05
Neigong, Dazhou, Sansan, Xitou I stayed in Beiwu for three years, in order to keep my promise to Ye Tiaohui, I waited on the sidelines.Although the research work in Chinese has not stopped, it has progressed very slowly. But a tree must have deep roots. Tiaohui gave me 200,000 shares, and I bought an apartment built by the company with 170,000.When I left Beiwu, I had a house to live in and some savings. If you live frugally, you can live for a year or so, and I just started composing again at home with all my heart and soul. I bought more than ten small Mandarin dictionaries and cut out every word. Then draw the horizontal and vertical coordinates on the paper according to the ideas that have been studied well earlier. The horizontal axis takes the initials as the index, and the vertical axis takes the character body, with 26 areas reserved for each.I first find the ones with more initials and more bodies, and use them as index symbols, each type of symbol occupies a space. Then paste the cut-out characters one by one on the vacant space pointed to by the index according to the index position of the prefix and the body.

After all the words are pasted, I check the distribution of spaces and words on the entire paper.I know that only if the text is evenly distributed in the index table, the probability of successful encoding is the highest. If there are too many vacancies, it means that the index allocation is unreasonable. If there are too many words in some positions, the word must be decomposed again. A total of more than ten sheets were cut and pasted, and at least two dictionaries were used for each cut and paste. In terms of time, the length of time varies. Sometimes halfway through, I know that it is not feasible, and I will destroy it and start over.If all goes well, it will take half a month to finish posting.

Cutting and pasting, but also thinking, I work alone, often neglecting the past, getting twice the result with half the effort.I turned to my wife, who hadn't known in half her life that there was such a dull job in the world. She yawned as soon as she sat down.If I can't cut a few words, I always think of something that must be done, saying that I will be back soon, but the result is always no one. As a last resort, I had to fight alone. After half a year, I took 8,000 characters as an example, took three codes for each character, and completed the Chinese encoding with 52 letters (that is, English upper and lower case).

At that time, I had not lost my love for Chinese Kung Fu.I am very interested in Xingyiquan, and because the coding principle is based on the Chinese phonetic rules, it is named Xingyi Checking Characters. In order to ensure the progress of my research work, I went to the Ministry of the Interior to find my cousin Chen Yujie and asked her to help register the copyright. I am not satisfied with the result this time, fifty-two keys is too much, I want to reduce to twenty-six keys. But the difficulty is too high, so one person has to use the original dictionary order to look up words while limited to the thinking process.I am no longer proficient at this point, and I have to immediately switch to a new index position. My mind keeps turning around and I get tired easily.

I want to ask someone to help, if two people do it together, each responsible for an index system, it will be much more efficient.Efficiency increases, and we can do it again and again until we want it.But it's not easy to find someone, my wife is unwilling to help, and I don't have enough funds. At this time, Lei Jun, a friend in the film industry, asked me to write a script for a martial arts film.Because there is a kung fu called Ting Zhan, which has attracted a lot of attention after being promoted by the media. It just so happens that he also has some connections, and wants to use Ting Zhan's popularity to make a movie.According to him, it is not difficult to make a movie. As long as you have a relationship, an attractive script, a star who will play the role, and sell the copyrights of various places in Nanyang, you can get a deposit of several million.

Lei Jun himself doesn't have any money, but he has a good relationship. All he lacks is the script. For the sake of interest and hoping to make some money, I agreed to help.In this way, I was involved in the kung fu mania of that period again. The head of Ting Zhan is a young man in his twenties. He himself is very weak, but his younger brother Peng Er has practiced iron arm skills and can be beaten with a wooden stick.Their surname is Peng. After claiming to be Peng Zu, both brothers graduated from National Taiwan University. His family has an ancestral Tingzha secret book, and no one has been willing to work hard for decades.Out of temporary curiosity, they practiced for a while according to the method in the book. His brother originally had heart disease, but his body recovered after training, but he didn't stop. However, under the guidance of his elder brother, the younger brother has developed the ability to wear an iron cloth shirt covered with gold bells.

When I read martial arts novels since I was a child, I always thought that the so-called martial arts were nothing but fantasies of literati. In particular, those overly exaggerated claims of stepping on the snow without traces and fighting cattle across mountains have no scientific basis at all. This time I witnessed Peng Er slashing at his right arm with a sharp fruit knife. Apart from some bluish and white marks on his arm, he was really not injured! Ting Zhanmen originally opened on Nanchang Street, charging 60 yuan per person per month. It is not well-known and not many people know it.Later, a taekwondo coach who returned to Taiwan from the United States was amazed when he saw their kung fu.The two sides negotiated a cooperation, the tuition fee was increased to 3,000 yuan, and reporters were invited to publicize it.Immediately, students from all over the world came here admiringly, the traffic was heavy, and the doors were blocked.

The Peng brothers made a lot of money, but they refused to give small favors to the coaches in the gym who shared weal and woe.Not long after, two coaches set up a new course, named it Tian Zhan, and brought out an old monk who didn't know anything about it, saying that it was from the true teaching of Shaolin!Who cares what is true or false? Those who blow will benefit, and those who believe will be blessed. After a while, although our movie was not made, but because I knew them, I had a preliminary understanding of Chinese Kung Fu. After careful research and analysis, I wrote "Kung Fu Physiology", but because I couldn't find anyone to publish it, the original manuscript is nowhere to be found. In 1981, the Wudang sect opened a mountain gate in Taiwan. Lian Guangquan, the head of the school, was one of the friends who supported me in making Chinese-language computers.Under his introduction, I also worshiped the master and became a disciple of Wudang, which gave me a deeper understanding of Chinese Kung Fu.

Chinese kung fu is an effective method that can achieve the purpose of strengthening the body and fitness. Its principles are nothing more than physics and physiology. However, there are few sensible people, and many people boast and praise themselves. As a result of spreading rumors, there are many myths that fool themselves and others. The exquisite structure and function of living organisms are known to scientists today.Although knowledge in ancient China was underdeveloped, people have mastered the basic factors of vitality in experiments, that is, nutrition and air. Sugars of hydrocarbons can store and decompose heat energy due to structural changes. After the sugar is absorbed by the body, what is stored in the liver is called glycogen, and it is transported into the blood as blood sugar.Blood sugar combines with oxygen in the muscle, and releases heat energy, carbon dioxide, and if the oxidation is incomplete, lactic acid is produced.Heat energy is the power to stimulate muscle movement, and lactic acid causes nerve pain to remind people that the body needs to be supplemented due to lack of oxygen.

Sugars come from food and can be stored in the body.Oxygen comes from breathing, penetrates into the blood through the alveoli in the lungs, and is consumed at any time. The blood is pressurized by the heart and pumped into the blood vessels.Because sugar is already stored in the body, both breathing air and pumping it into blood vessels are the most important physiological effects of exercise. To make a car more powerful, the prerequisite is to have sufficient oil and gas to mix and effectively send it into the engine so that it can be completely burned to generate explosive power. In the same way, if we want the human body to exert its maximum potential, there must be enough air and blood volume so that it can quickly transmit air and nutrients to muscle cells and increase muscle energy.

Kung Fu is an exercise method that effectively transports air and blood to various parts of the body, so it is also called Qigong.Strictly speaking, Chinese Kungfu is divided into two types: external and internal. The external focuses on martial arts, mainly training the flexibility of the body's limbs, the correctness of sensory responses, and the quickness of movement. This kind of martial arts is suitable for self-defense and enemy control, and it can also be used as a kind of exercise or dance to entertain others and oneself. According to textual research, internal strength is gradually developed from the yoga technique brought by Bodhidharma from Tianzhu, coupled with the Chinese Taoist techniques of breathing and breathing.Because practitioners of Buddhism and Taoism sit in meditation all day long, their body functions lack exercise, and they are prone to diseases. So while sitting in meditation, I worked out a simple method. When exercising, the limbs do not need to be exercised, and only the respiration can promote the increase of the oxygen capacity, increase the amount of blood circulation and obtain the same effect as exercise, so it is called internal strength. In modern society, many people sit in the office all day long. Their physical and psychological conditions are almost the same as those of ancient practitioners. They only rely on nutrition and medicine to maintain their health and temporarily avoid diseases. If internal strength really has the effect of strengthening the body, it will be a great boon for modern people. It's just that in order to be trusted by others, there must be scientific evidence. I have a strong frame, a 180-pound body, but only 5 feet 7 inches tall.I haven't participated in strenuous sports since middle school.Even though he was on the basketball school team in college, he was often unable to do what he wanted on the court, but he was just a secondary player.I remember when I was in TTV, there was a basketball game held within the company. I played for more than a minute, and ended up with more than a dozen pieces of Saronpas on my body, and I was nicknamed Mr. Saronpas. After I did the internal strength exercises, my strength increased significantly. After playing for an hour, I don't feel tired at all, and my spirit is much better. In particular, I have been engaged in Chinese computer and writing work for more than 20 years. It is continuous every day, and I have never taken a vacation or rest.Except for my long-standing skin disease and bronchitis, other parts of my body have never been sick. (I found out later that my disciples all suffered from muscle pain from sitting for too long.) There are many proper terms for internal strength, which are not mentioned here, and are only explained in superficial terms related to physiology. The breathing method with the most internal strength, in principle, men use abdominal breathing, while women use chest breathing. This is based on physiological limitations. Women have thin waists and small abdominal cavities. This is also a structure of innate inequality between men and women, because the abdominal cavity of a woman is dominated by the uterus, and the abdominal cavity can expand outward only when the pelvis expands. The principle of abdominal breathing is that the diaphragm between the chest and abdomen is used as a pump. When it is pressed down, air enters the lung lobes of the chest cavity and forces the blood in the abdominal cavity to flow back to the heart.About 40% of the blood in the abdominal cavity stagnates, and part of it is in the liver and spleen to adjust the chemical composition of the blood and complete the metabolism. The peritoneal venous line holds the bulk of the venous blood that circulates from the lower half of the body, where it waits to be pumped back to the heart. The structure of human blood vessels has undergone tens of millions of years of evolution. Exercise is the survival instinct of animals. Therefore, the blood in the lower body needs to be pumped back to the heart, which depends entirely on the contraction of muscles. There is a tricuspid valve structure in the blood vessel, which can prevent the back flow of blood. If the amount of exercise is insufficient, the blood goes to the abdominal vena cava, and due to the effect of gravity, it stagnates there. Its excess sugar is often absorbed by the abdominal cavity tissue and becomes subcutaneous fat, which looks like a big belly from the outside. When wild animals run, the front and rear limbs move alternately, which just oppresses the flexible abdominal cavity that stores a large amount of blood, so the energy required for exercise can be increased.Humans have lost this function after standing upright, but they have developed strong muscles in the feet to assist blood circulation.Once you don't walk around often, the pressure on the foot muscles will be reduced, and various functions of the human body will be caused by poor blood circulation, leading to disease or physical weakness. As for chest breathing, it depends on the expansion and contraction of the intercostal muscles. The intercostal muscles are very thin and the space changes little, so the breathing volume is very shallow. The first point emphasized by internal strength is to strengthen abdominal breathing in order to increase the expansion capacity of the lung cavity. And do your best to compress the abdominal space. On the one hand, you can massage the various organs in the abdominal cavity to enhance their metabolism; on the other hand, you can compress the stagnant blood to return to the heart and then enter the lungs to remove carbon dioxide and absorb oxygen. There are two outward passages in the abdominal cavity, one is the duodenum, through which food enters. After digestion, it is discharged from the anus or urethra at the lower end of the pelvis, and the other is the vein, from which the blood returns to the heart. When doing internal exercises, the food channel must be closed, and then the abdominal cavity should be pressurized, only in this way can the real effect of increasing blood return be obtained. There are many ways to exercise internal strength. In principle, abdominal breathing is not used externally. When inhaling, try to make the diaphragm press down on the abdomen. At the same time, the anal sphincter is lifted and the psoas and abdominal muscles are contracted, so that the abdominal cavity is compressed inward and the volume is reduced. At this time, the blood immediately reaches the whole body, and people feel the body is hot and the skin is swollen, which is equivalent to the effect of physical exercise. When doing this kind of movement, you should pay full attention to the following points: the air must be fresh, and dirty air is harmful to the human body; the clothes on the body should be soft, so as not to compress the blood vessels and cause poor blood circulation; avoid eating when full or for a long time Do it after starvation, the former will hinder digestion due to gastric ischemia, and the latter will only make the body weaker.Another point that should be paid more attention to is that the head and neck muscles should be completely relaxed, otherwise it will cause headaches, and in severe cases, there may be a risk of cerebral congestion (commonly known as madness). Generally speaking, practice should not be dry.At the beginning of practice, breathe three times a day, gradually increase every day, and do not exceed the limit of physical fitness. After practicing for a month, you can breathe thirty times at a time. When the abdomen is under pressure, it will feel solid and hot in the center. For practitioners, it is called Dantian. Its location is about the center of a field-shaped muscle under the navel. It feels like practicing alchemy to generate heat, and its location is concentrated like a pill, so it is called Dantian. This way of practicing qi is called qi sinking to the dantian, also known as reverse breathing. After practicing to a certain extent, some sects still need to practice normal breathing, that is, when the diaphragm is pressed down for deep breathing, the abdominal muscles should be relaxed, and when the air is exhaled, the abdomen should be pressed again. This is to reduce the oxygen debt and get rid of the habit of obsessed with practicing compressed breathing, and finally, in any case, the function of breathing can be maintained. If it is only for fitness, only a few minutes of practice a day is enough, so it is very suitable for people with limited time and energy in modern society. However, at the beginning of reverse breathing, it is best to do some calisthenics first to relax the muscles of all parts of the body. Not only will the effect be better, but it will also avoid unnecessary damage to the body. A more formal practice method should be in a sitting position, because when one is concentrating on practicing, one needs to close one's eyes slightly (closed eyes are prone to drowsiness). At this time, because the feeling is all concentrated inside the body, it will affect the balance when standing. There are also certain methods for sitting posture. In principle, the thigh muscles of both legs touch the ground and the anus is suspended. In this way, the body is more stable on the one hand and does not cause the ankle to be under pressure. On the other hand, the thigh muscles carry the weight of the whole body, and at the same time provide venous pressure, which has the function of increasing blood circulation. Theoretically speaking, if one sits securely without relying on the support of the body's bones and muscles, the efficiency of rest is far higher than that of falling asleep.Because when lying down, the muscles of the whole body are relaxed, the breathing is shallow and slow, and the blood pressure is lowered. The main function of restoring physical strength depends entirely on the oxygen transported by the blood to oxidize the waste lactic acid accumulated in the muscles, or carry it back to the liver, and then synthesize it into glycogen.Lactic acid stimulates nerve endings and is responsible for pain and tiredness. The speed of lactic acid elimination is the efficiency of physical recovery, and the blood circulation is slow after falling asleep, so the efficiency is low. On the contrary, the sitting posture does not consume physical strength, plus deep breathing has sufficient oxygen, and the legs provide venous pressure. The blood carries a large amount of fresh blood to cleanse lactic acid and repair the loss of organs. Its effect is much higher than that of lying down. There is another very important principle that must be known in field survival training. That is, in the cold field, if you fall asleep when you are overtired, the area for heat dissipation will increase, which will easily cause the body to lose heat and die from shock. In this case, it is best to adopt a sitting position, which can restore physical strength and has a small heat dissipation area, which is safer and more effective. All human inventions are for convenience, and the result of convenience often offsets the functions of the human body originally designed by nature, and chairs are one of them. When a person sits on the ground, the legs are crossed, and the muscles are naturally under pressure, so the blood can be kept running normally. But sitting on a chair, the legs hang down, the muscles relax, and the blood does not get venous pressure, so it often stagnates in the feet.Once sitting for a long time, the blood circulation function will be weakened, and you will feel more tired.People who fly frequently know that the feet will swell after a long time, and sometimes they can't even put on shoes (easy to suffer from phlebitis). You might as well try meditation in the future. The ideal sitting posture should be to put your legs crossed, which is called cross-legged sitting in yoga. This sitting posture must be practiced since childhood, and the bones of adults are already hardened, and the legs cannot be crossed no matter what. The second is single lotus sitting, that is, putting one leg on top of the other, which is less effective.Another last resort is to cross your legs. This sitting posture is supported by the backs of your legs and buttocks, and the contact with the ground is uneven. It is best to cushion the seat with soft things to disperse the pressure on your body. After people have lived civilized life for many years, the above-mentioned sitting posture is not just can get used to in a short time. When practicing, you must pay attention to the following items: the most important thing in the sitting posture is to keep the spine straight. When the sitting position is too soft, the body will often tilt. The spine will unknowingly distort as the center of gravity adjusts.Secondly, the chest should be straightened to maintain normal breathing. At this time, you can use the downward pressure of the diaphragm to inflate the waist, and then push the tailbone back, so that the body will naturally be upright. In short, the practice of sitting posture should not be rushed, and you will get used to it after a long time. In order to further increase the energy of movement or train the response of the nerves, it is necessary to practice channeling.Daoyin leads the blood to all parts of the body under the guidance of the consciousness, so that the physiology can fully exert its proper functions. There are two kinds of muscles in the human body: voluntary and involuntary muscles. It is not difficult to direct blood to voluntary muscles. As long as you practice and use them regularly, you can achieve the effect. However, the real value of Daoyin lies in the introduction of blood into involuntary muscles (you can control it at will after a long period of practice), or even into any part of the body, so that it can not only strengthen the body, but also achieve the effect of physiological therapy. No matter how advanced medicine is, the rehabilitation of the human body depends on the self-healing ability of physiological functions.Blood vessels are the transportation network, and blood is the means of transportation, which is fully loaded with investigation teams, fire brigades, military police, health care personnel, and various supplies and equipment. The first condition for a country to be strong and prosperous is transportation.A strong body must have a sound blood circulation system. When the nerve feels a certain stimulus, and its pulse strength exceeds a certain critical point, adrenaline is immediately secreted in large quantities. The heart quickly accelerates to pump blood through the blood vessels and send it to all parts of the body for energy. If the blood vessel is small, under the condition of this instantaneous acceleration, the blood vessel will expand due to the pressure.Just like a large number of military and police vehicles suddenly added to the already congested expressway, the consequences can be imagined. When people are young, blood vessels are still elastic, which is sufficient to cope with general conditions. However, with age, the wall of the tube is easy to harden under the frequent washing of high-speed blood, and the circulatory function is relatively reduced. Especially in highly developed industrial countries, people do not exercise much, and with the precipitation of stimulating substances such as tobacco and alcohol, blood vessels are easy to harden. They also live in high tension, and are affected by emotions such as excitement and depression from time to time. All kinds of stimuli may lead to heart disease, making it a serious killer. The theory of Daoyin is to only increase the flow of blood without increasing the pressure on the heart, so that the blood vessels are often circulated with a large amount of blood to strengthen their stretching elasticity. In this way, even as the age grows, the circulatory function still maintains considerable vitality, which is sufficient to cope with any special situation. The increase in blood flow is because 40% of the blood in the abdominal cavity will be pumped into the heart under the pressure of the dantian. This increases blood flow by about a third, and blood vessels dilate by a third. With more blood and sufficient air, the body's oxygen supply also increases. The elasticity of blood vessels increases under expansion and contraction, so the heart can maintain normal operation. In China, people who practice Kung Fu often have to test whether they can face various intense sports without flushing or panting.Because during rapid exercise, a large amount of adrenaline is secreted, which stimulates the heart and lungs to speed up, which makes you face red and pant.If you practice Qigong to a certain extent, you can make full use of your breath and provide enough oxygen without causing panting. At the same time, the blood vessels can expand, the blood circulation is smooth, and it will not accumulate in the subcutaneous tissue, so it will not blush. In fact, as long as anyone exercises regularly and reaches the minimum amount of exercise, he or she can more or less have the ability to not be red and breathless.Because deep breathing is naturally required during exercise, the abdominal muscles are automatically tightened, but kung fu emphasizes this function. As for internal strength, it is possible to achieve the above-mentioned goals through two streamlined methods of luck and guidance without going through intense exercise. Before practicing channeling, use your willpower first.Imagine that there is a force starting from the dantian, slowly passing through the blood vessels of the body, and transporting it to all parts of the body.According to the records of various schools, the ways of its operation are different, and of course the effects are also different. But as far as physical fitness is concerned, there is a method called Xiao Zhou Tian, which is simple and effective when practiced. The so-called small Zhoutian refers to the basic area of the human body mechanism, excluding the limbs. In contrast, the Great Heavenly Circuit refers to the whole body, with various complex operation modes of the so-called seven meridians and eight meridians. These theories were originally by-products of Taoist studies on immortality and alchemy.Later, Taoists used it to practice medicine, and acupuncture and moxibustion came into being. The small Zhoutian includes the internal organs of the body, as well as the head, face, back and other parts, and at the same time passes through the Ren and Du meridians. If proper massage can be given to infuse Qi and blood into it, its function will certainly be improved. However, there are no voluntary muscles in these areas for us to exercise, and it is not enough to massage on the outside. Therefore, you must first use your imagination and practice constantly. After a long time, the mind will follow the breath, and the neurons will produce some reactions under frequent stimulation. This reaction will cause some tense feeling in the involuntary muscles along the route of the thought, and this feeling is enough to make the blood vessels stretch and achieve the desired effect. When the kung fu is deep, the nerves are strengthened due to frequent stimulation, and the muscles are also strong because of this, which can protect the tissues or organs in the area. In principle, when the qi sinks to the dantian, move the mind down to the lower abdomen. Then move to the anus and tailbone, go up along the spine, and go straight to the neck (this section is the most difficult, at least one month will be effective). Then send it to the top of the head, turn over the forehead, follow the nose, lips and tongue straight back to Dantian. There are also some myths in it. It is said that the tip of the tongue must be pressed against the upper end of the mouth, which is the source of longevity.According to my experiments, due to concentration during meditation or channeling, the body fluid in the mouth often slides to the throat unconsciously and is easy to choke. The tip of the tongue can block the throat to avoid such accidents. In addition, some body fluid will accumulate in the mouth, and when the throat is dry after sitting for a long time, the throat fluid will also feel more comfortable. The result of this guidance, especially for people over middle age, can strengthen the cold resistance of the back.At the same time, the back is the main trunk of the nerves of the whole body, and exercising the muscles around it can also protect the function of the reflex nerves. The number of muscle fiber cells in the human body is constant, and it will only decrease but not increase in a lifetime. Both ends of muscle fibers are attached to bones by tendons. Tendons are connective tissues with strong toughness. Under constant stimulation, as long as there is sufficient nutritional supplement, they will continue to strengthen and increase in size. In addition, if muscle fibers are damaged by external force, they are also repaired by connective tissue. The strong muscles of athletes are actually the result of the supplementation of connective tissue.Strong muscles do not mean normal function. What is really beneficial to health is to enhance the tension of tendons without destroying muscles. The basic function of internal strength is here, but it requires considerable patience and continuous practice.Under the conditions of limited time and environment, it is an ideal exercise method. When I was young, I suffered deeply from various diseases, especially colds and bronchitis, almost continuously from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.Since practicing inner strength, it has been infrequent for more than ten years. It's just that on the nasal cavity and the wall of the trachea, I feel an extremely sensitive scar. Often before the body is aware of the change in external temperature, the scar starts to itch, and sneezing and coughing follow one after another.Once the attack occurs, the scar will become inflamed and ulcerated, and once bacteria invade, the medicine will be useless. After I understood the reason, every time I felt itchy, I would use the cold air containing mint to smoke and massage. As soon as the scar comes into contact with cold air, the pores will automatically shrink, and bacteria cannot continue to invade.Coupled with luck massage, it stimulates blood circulation. After the macrophages and white blood cells in the blood eliminate the invading bacteria, the disease will not break out.In addition, I used to suffer from constipation. Later, I applied the Daoyin method to slowly compress the large intestine, followed the direction of excretion, and it was immediately unblocked. This can be regarded as a bit of my experience after practicing internal skills, and I provide readers as a reference. As for the knack of competition in Kung Fu, I don't think it's necessary to talk about it.There is only one thing I want to explain, that is why some people can train their bodies to the point where they cannot be cut by a knife. In our history books and in the hindsight of many modern people, we often say that the kind of invulnerability is a myth of foolish people. In many entertainment occasions, many entertainers have performed similar programs. However, after the Chinese people have completely lost their national self-confidence, if they have not been verified and recognized by foreigners, Chinese scholars and experts often sneer at these phenomena, expressing They are wise men with a scientific spirit. The truth is not to follow what others say, there must be a theory, and it must stand the test of reality.Invulnerability can be established under certain conditions, but it is only limited to using people to use swords and guns, not high-speed bullets.Theoretically speaking, the resistance of the skin will increase after a certain amount of exercise, and if it is soaked in a kind of medicinal wine, the epidermis will tighten and firm, just like treated leather. At the moment when the blade touches the skin, if the resistance of the skin is greater than the pressure per unit area of the blade (but it cannot cut, the pressure of cutting will increase), the reaction force can bounce the knife away, just like cutting on a ball full of air ( The ball is also not cut resistant). I think the western civilization is worth learning from, not because of the results they have obtained so far, but because of their spirit of daring to explore the truth. In the past, Chinese intellectuals claimed to know things by investigating things, but they disdained to pursue such incidents that were spread among the people.Modern scholars and experts can't even plagiarize and imitate Western technology, let alone others! However, these treasures that have been buried for a long time are really worth exploring by the Chinese. If it is sorted into a systematic knowledge, it will surely strengthen the body and strengthen the country, benefiting oneself and others. Having said that, from a technical point of view, the exercise of kung fu can indeed increase the potential of the human body by one to two times. But this does not mean that kung fu can be practiced to the magical level of flying on the grass and beating cows across mountains. (Several disciples of the Wudang sect in Taiwan have practiced hard for more than a year under the supervision of Senior Brother Lian, which proved to be completely unfeasible.) In 1985, I lived in Los Angeles, USA, and one day I saw a few big characters in the local World Daily: Chinese Kung Fu Challenges Western Boxing I was very interested. When I saw it, it turned out that it was Ting Zhan's Peng brothers who came to the United States to participate in professional boxing competitions on the recommendation of a Chinese doctor.Due to the system established by the American Professional Boxing Association, Peng Er had to beat several ranked amateur boxers before he could participate in a professional match. The opponent in the first match was a Mexican player. The reporter introduced in detail the magic of Ting Zhan Kung Fu in almost the entire page. Moreover, it is predicted that under the promotion of the Peng brothers, Chinese Kungfu will definitely beat the West, making foreigners look up to them with admiration! The next day, I waited to read the news, but after looking around, there were only a few short lines of reports in the newspaper. It turned out that although Peng Er was not afraid of being cut by a knife, he hadn't practiced the skill of not being afraid of hitting his head.In my opinion, the content of the report is really unbearable. (Report from our newspaper) In a challenge match yesterday, Peng xx made a stop in the middle of the field, and the Mexican player gave a left hook, and Peng fell to the ground immediately. The entire game time is only three seconds, so much effort, it is really a shame to throw it to the United States! The Chinese are so extreme. When they believe in it, they don't care about it, but when they don't believe it, they ignore the reality and make it worthless. Our plan to make a movie was stillborn, because Lei Jun couldn't schedule Castor.Film rights cannot be sold, films cannot be made, and money cannot be earned.I couldn't afford to worry about it anymore, so I had to go back and find another fund. When I was in Beiwu, I had only one innocent friend, Lin Junfu. After he knew about my plan, he introduced me to Architect Ni Bangning of Dazhou Construction Company.Under Ni's recommendation, Da Zhou decided to support me and negotiated a six-month term. They gave me an office and several staff places, each of whom was 4,000 yuan per month, and I didn't count salary. In June 1978, I posted a classified advertisement, seeking graduates from the Chinese Department to come to Dazhou Company for an interview. At that time, more than ten people signed up, but only five came for the interview. When they heard that the monthly salary was 4,000 yuan (the monthly salary of a middle school teacher was about 12,000 yuan at that time), two of them immediately retreated. Only three people were interviewed, and one of the test questions was related to classification and memory. The other is an aptitude test: If there is an egg in a glass jar, how can I get it out? There is no standard answer to this question, but it can reveal a person's personality and attitude. One of them competed with me. He said that this kind of question is meaningless and should not be used to test him.Of course, I don't dare to use this kind of person. Sooner or later, something will happen to make him plausible and attack me wantonly. There was a girl who was interviewing, she honestly turned the bottle back and forth, trying to pour out the eggs and pinch them out. This personality is extremely helpful in my work.Because she will not make trouble, no matter how big or small the matter is, she will be able to carry it out seriously. Her name is Shen Honglian, and she is a recent graduate of the Chinese Department of National Taiwan University.I admitted her, and sure enough my judgment was correct, she has been doing it for decades. And follow me here and there, wandering around the world, and finally become my right-hand assistant and the Taoist companion I pursue in life. She is proficient in Chinese, and the work progress is several times faster than before.Later, she recruited two classmates, and within three months we successfully coded more than 10,000 characters using 26 letters. What I am most concerned about is the repeated code word, with fewer keys, there are many repeated codes. In order to avoid repeated codes, we repeatedly put letters and auxiliary symbols on different key positions and recode them again and again.Re-editing is nothing more than hard work, the difficulty lies in the criteria for judging, as there were no established examples to refer to at the time. The unity of letters and auxiliary fonts, the ratio of repeated code characters, the upper limit of the number of code fetches, the exception factors of the rules, etc., are all problems. And they are contradictory and intertwined with each other. My solution is based on the law of phonetics and aims at the full range of Chinese functions. Therefore, the letters should be representative and basic, and the auxiliary symbols should be associated with video, but not too many, otherwise it will be difficult to recognize. After the letter is determined, there is no room for flexibility in the number of code fetches. I regard the shape part as the prefix, and the sound part as the character body. There are about hundreds of prefixes, and in terms of twenty-six keys, it is reasonable to take one or two yards. In the same way, if there are thousands of characters, one to three yards will be taken.Code fetching rules are considered last, and all effective methods are rules under the premise of avoiding repeated code words. With guiding principles, everyone works under the same concept, and everything can be solved easily. In September 1978, our coding came to an end and we named it Chinese Input Research. In order to save the time of typesetting, I personally copied it one by one, and then sent it to photoengraving. On October 6th, it was published by Da Zhou, and a thousand copies were printed. According to my guess, Da Zhou's original intention of supporting this plan was just for the sake of Lin and Ni.When the book was printed, they couldn't see the meaning in it, so they didn't want to continue to support it. It turned out that no one, even in the news industry, could understand the value of this book. I gave away hundreds of copies at least, but all of them fell into the sea, and not even a single wave was stirred up. When people have nowhere to go, they will always try to increase their cognition through various channels. My mother-in-law strongly recommended Guoantang, the next Mingguan in Taipei Bridge, and told me to try it.Shen Honglian and her classmates were very curious and interested after hearing this.Anyway, there is nothing wrong and the future is uncertain, so we will go together and pretend that we don't know each other, let's see what the gentleman says. Guo'an Hall is in an alley under the bridge, you must register first and pay a fee of 10 yuan. The fortune teller graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Chengda University. He is about the same age as me, but he has white hair and a bright head.He is the adopted son of the original hall master, and he inherited the family business after the original hall master retired.According to him, this kind of work is much more difficult than working in machinery, but in order to live up to the order of his adoptive father, he has no hesitation. He looked at my fate and said that I was wandering all over the world before the age of forty-two. Although I have the ability to equal the sky, I still can't achieve anything. This is true, is my appearance or something leaked the secret? After another calculation, I should have counted forty-one at that time. Is there any hope for this year?He said, before my birthday this year, I can only be considered 40 years old, and I will have to endure the next two years, and I will have to be 42 years old to have smooth sailing. Shen's two classmates, according to the gentleman, are not related to the current job.One is about to go to the United States, and the other will also leave the job. Both of them will take care of their husbands and children, and work at home. I said.
