大食堂就是社會的縮影，我不知道內地如何，這裏的食堂卻有如戰場。首先是亂，亂哄哄，亂糟糟。其次是髒，髒兮兮，蒼蠅滿天飛。這些我都能原諒，國家窮有什麼辦法？可是窮歸窮，社會的秩序及規律總該遵守吧！No!買菜的小窗口永遠擠滿了人，一個個兇神下凡似的，拼命往前鑽。人若不插隊，就只有買殘羹剩飯的份！ 我看不慣這些，好幾次與人衝突，大概是看我一把年紀，別人多少還讓著點。萬華德一來，就差一點打起群架來。我向園區反應，園區覺得我們這些外人大驚小怪。他們很有涵養，表示這裏工人多，工人沒文化，忍耐忍耐就過去了。 對他人無心之失，忍耐是美德。但對這種惡劣的行為，忍耐就變成默認，默認變成習慣，習慣一養成便終身難改。這種工人至上的社會，豈不又回到洪荒叢林的時代？ 我知道要發揮人的潛能，首先要激起人的鬥志，然後才是觀念及技術的訓練。鬥志的培養最難，因為我所謂的鬥志，並非指個人而是群體，也就是說，個人對群體共同努力的方向之堅持。因為每一個人生存在不同的環境中，有著不同的需求，對事物也有不同的認知。 國無外侮，必有內憂，這句話說得透徹已極，人若沒有外憂就很難調動積極性。我不能去製造外侮，其實也用不著製造，在資訊時代，文化上的外侮只有與日俱增，只是這種文化的層次太高，一般人看不見而已。所以，利用現有的科技知識，換上文化新裝，中文自然語言便成了我最理想的教材。 我們的作息時間是這樣的：早上六點半起，全體員工運動一個小時，內容有球類、內功等。七時半早餐，八時上班。中午休息兩個小時，下午五時下班，晚上八時到十一時上課。週六照常，週日則上午上課，下午休息。 這種特殊的工作方式成了園區中各公司爭論的話題，最初很少有人給予正面的評價。即令不罵我作秀，也會說：新開茅廁三天香，看他們能幹多久？ 誰都料不到，三年之中我們除了內容偶有調整外，工作時間從來沒有縮水，甚至於過節過年都不例外，這才杜絕了悠悠眾口。 當然，光是苦練又有什麼意義呢？我心中早就有了計較，我向王總保証，每年會繳一張成績單，而且每張成績單也都能保証全世界第一。 不必全世界第一，只要拿得出去就夠了。王總顯然沒有信心。
