Who doesn't want to get great grades?Who doesn't want to stand out in the unit? Many people have pursuits and ideals, but they only let their pursuits stay at the level of dreams, and the final result is just a dream.On the contrary, some people always make every pursuit of themselves come true through down-to-earth actions, and finally turn the dream that many people seem impossible to realize into reality. Two years ago, I was invited by the Changsha Municipal Education Bureau to give a lecture on successful wisdom and quality education to hundreds of principals in the city.In the lecture, I pointed out: quality education, in the end, should be implemented in a word to grow, become a talent, and succeed!Therefore, success courses should be set up in schools as a breakthrough point in quality education reform.

This initiative was highly valued by a female teacher surnamed Yu from Daotian Middle School in Changsha City.With the strong support of the school leaders, she opened a success course in her class as the head teacher.She used my book "Psychological Mechanics" as the main textbook, and vigorously used it creatively.After one semester, the effect is very obvious: the students' grades and spiritual quality have improved rapidly. "China Reform Daily", "China Women's Daily", "Success" and other media have reported on this.During the summer vacation, teachers from Wuhan and other places also came to her to learn from her.The thesis she wrote based on this reform won the Hunan Province and City Education Reform Excellent Paper Award.

Not long ago, I received a letter from a Changsha principal who was one of the principals who had listened to my lecture.He said: After listening to the lecture, I really wanted to do such a reform experiment.However, this idea was abandoned for various reasons.Unexpectedly, a teacher should have done something that should have been done by me as the principal. Yes, there were many people better equipped than this teacher to undertake the experiment, but they did not.Why is this so? A sentence from this female teacher gave the best answer: I always feel that if I have a good idea, I should put it into action immediately.Otherwise, dreams are just stuff in the head.

The teacher's words illustrate a very important rule of dreaming with your feet: dream with your brain and walk with your feet!Only by being down-to-earth in action can dreams come true! (1) Not being a chicken that does not lay eggs After Balzac became famous, one day, an old lady showed him a dilapidated elementary school student's composition text: Great writer, show me, is this kid a genius? Balzac took a closer look: Well, he doesn't have much talent and aura, so it's hard to be a writer based on that. When the old lady heard it, she laughed and said, "Do you know who the owner of this composition is?"It's you!

Unexpectedly, Balzac was not embarrassed at all, but said with a smile: I am not wrong, the key to my success today lies in hard work, not all due to talent and aura! The story of the Russian chemist Mendeleev is also very interesting. For a long time, Mendeleev devoted himself to the study of the arrangement of chemical elements.Once, after working intensely for three days and three nights, he fell asleep due to overtiredness. In his dream, he saw a periodic table of elements that he had been thinking about day and night. Through this dream, he successfully solved the long-standing problem. Element arrangement problem.

Later, a reporter interviewed him and asked him to talk about how to achieve success through dreaming. The reporter's question aroused his dissatisfaction, and he said: What, do you think my discovery is just the result of a few hours of dreaming?Do you know how many days and nights, how much painstaking research I have put in before? Inspiration is the fruit of hard work.The famous Russian composer Tchaikovsky once said that inspiration is such a guest, he does not like to visit the lazy.There is also an ancient Chinese saying that man-made is endless, and if the sky is not passed on, there will be no bitter cold, so how can the plum blossoms be so fragrant.Yes, no matter how wonderful the dream, how beautiful the idea, to be successful, there must be real efforts and actions.Only empty dreams and intentions, but unwilling to put in the hard work, will end up being a chicken that doesn't lay eggs.

Without showing the slightest effort, courage and patience, perhaps they will have the richest ideals. What I said above is for those who just want to not do it.There is another kind of person who talks a lot but does little, or just talks without practicing.So what lessons should they learn?

In the nineteenth century, some courageous people began to explore flying to the sky, but authority figures came out to obstruct it.Legendre, the French astronomer who first used triangulation to measure the distance between the moon and the earth, asserted that it is impossible to make a device heavier than air to fly.Later, the great French inventor Siemens also expressed the same opinion.Later, German physicist Helmkertz, one of the discoverers of the law of conservation of energy, demonstrated from the perspective of physics that it is completely delusional for mechanical devices to go to heaven.

The Wright brothers of the United States are heroes in the history of human aviation.They flew into the sky in 1903 by flying a plane.Shortly after the flight, the Wright brothers traveled to Europe.At a grand welcome reception in France, the host repeatedly asked the brothers to give speeches.After repeated concessions, the eldest brother Wilbur stood up, and his speech consisted of only one sentence: As far as we know, parrots are the talking birds, but parrots can't fly high. Some people expect to prove their excellence, but they spend most of their time in verbal self-flavoring, or live in boring arguments.But really good people spend the most time on practical actions.

(3) Quantify actions It is easy for people to have a problem, and they are often satisfied with the impression that they are busy and have been busy, while ignoring the goals and results.Therefore, it becomes necessary to quantify actions. If you want to be an excellent salesman, you must quantify the action indicators and fulfill them in every way: (1) How many customers have I run in total this week? (2) How many customers are there for door-to-door service? (3) How many greeting calls have you made to customers? (4) Do you tell the client that you will provide him with outstanding service?Are the lines of outstanding service made clear to him?

(5) After meeting with the client, has everyone been asked for their name, phone number, and commitment to further meetings? (6) After the customer refuses, do you lobby again with the most euphemistic and enthusiastic attitude? (7) After satisfying each customer's request, have you clearly expressed your desire to ask him to buy something? (8) After reaching a deal with a client, do you ask the client to introduce a friend to you? Provided that your goals are reasonable, as long as these action indicators are in place, you will be able to complete the task.
